Abstract
Zaradi dviga naročil proces proizvodnje izdelkov ne dosega potrebnih količin, zato je potrebna podrobnejša analiza procesa in nastalih anomalij. Vzrok za izgube predstavljajo dolge menjave orodij. V zaključni nalogi so predstavljene vpeljave vitkih metod, s katerimi smo pristopili do problema. S pomočjo metode SMED smo pohitrili menjave orodij v procesu. Sočasno smo za lažje menjave uporabili še metodi 5S ter TPM, ki se ju podjetje že poslužuje. Z omenjenimi metodami smo v procesu pohitrili menjave orodij za 30 %.

The increase in orders has led to the production process not reaching the required volumes, and a more detailed analysis of the process and the resulting anomalies is needed. Long tool changes are the cause of losses. In the final thesis, the lean methods that have been implemented to approach the problem are presented. Using the SMED method, we have speeded up the tool changes in the process. At the same time, we also used the 5S and TPM methods, which the company already uses, to facilitate tool changeovers. These methods were used to speed up tool changes in the process by 30%. |
