Abstract

Pri toplotni zaščiti zgradb imajo pomembno vlogo toplotnoizolacijski materiali, ki morajo imeti predvsem pozitivne izolacijske lastnosti. Toplotnoizolacijski materiali zmanjšujejo toplotne izgube in posredno stroške energije, porabljene za ogrevanje; ščitijo nosilne konstrukcije pred zunanjimi vremenskimi vplivi in njihovimi posledicami; izboljšujejo bivalno ugodje v prostoru. Za izolacijski material uporabljamo vrsto različnih materialov: stiropor, steklena volna, kamena volna. Lahko pa uporabimo tudi nekatere alternativne materiale: lesne kosmiče, slamo, izolacijske plošče iz lesnih vlaken. S pomočjo programa gradbene fizike smo sestavili 3 tipe prerezov sten z različnimi izolacijskimi materiali in izračunali toplotno prehodnost konstrukcij. Na osnovi pridobljenih izračunov smo primerjali kameno volno z izolacijsko ploščo iz lesnih vlaken. Želeli smo izpostaviti predvsem prednosti izolacijskih plošč iz lesnih vlaken pred klasičnim izolacijskim materialom, kameno volno.

Secondary title: Use of wood fibres for insulating boards in civil engineering
Secondary abstract: Thermal insulation materials play an important role in thermal protection of buildings; they predominantly should have positive insulation properties. The tasks of thermal insulation materials is to reduce heat loss and indirectly reduce the cost of energy consumed for heating, protection of construction against external weather, its consequences, so as to improve the comfort in living areas. Variety of different insulation materials can be used in house building: polystyrene, glass wool, rock wool. Some alternative materials such as wood flakes, straw, and insulation panels made of wood fibre can also be used. Using calculations and the results obtained by the program of building physics, 3 types of walls with different insulation materials having various characteristics were assembled, and thermal transition of structure calculated. Based on calculations, the materials were compared to each other through rock wool insulation and the panel of wood fibres. We tried to highlight the particular advantages of the insulating panels of wood fibres from conventional insulating material namely rock wool.
