Abstract

Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na prehod v zeleno tehnologijo z uporabo obnovljivih virov energije v obalno-kraški regiji. Naš cilj je poiskati primerna območja za postavitev sončnih elektrarn. Analiza s poudarkom na prostorskih in zakonskih omejitvah temelji na jakosti sončnega obsevanja in okoljskih parametrih. Vsi uporabljeni podatki so prosto dostopni in kombinirani s kartografskimi modeli v programu ArcMap. Analiza vključuje tudi spremembe zakonodaje, kot je Zakon o uvajanju naprav za proizvodnjo električne energije iz obnovljivih virov energije (ZUNPEOVE). V analizi so posebej obravnavani večji objekti, kmetijska zemljišča v zaraščanju, trajni travniki in degradirana območja. Predlagane so izboljšave za podrobnejšo analizo znotraj občin in nadgradnja analize prometnic. V obalno-kraški regiji je 21,5 % površin primernih za postavitev sončnih elektrarn.

Secondary title: Spatial potentials for locating solar power plants on the example of the Coastal–Karst region
Secondary abstract: The thesis focuses on the transition to green technology using renewable energy sources in the Coastal– Karst region. Our aim is to find suitable areas for the establishment of solar power plants. The analysis focuses on spatial and legal constraints and is based on the intensity of solar irradiance and environmental criteria. All data used are freely accessible and are combined with ArcMap cartographic models. The analysis also includes changes in legislation, such as Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Energy Sources. The analysis specifically addresses large buildings, agricultural land in afforestation, permanent grassland, and brownfield land. Improvements are proposed to provide a more detailed analysis on municipalities and to upgrade the analysis of traffic routes. As a result, 21.5% of land in the Coastal–Karst region is suitable for the establishment of solar power plants.
