Abstract

Uvod: Pri izdelavi ogrodij za delne proteze ali mostovne konstrukcije imamo danes na izbiro večjo paleto tehnologij, kot so: formativna (analogna), odvzemalna (CAD/CAM ali analogna) in dodajalna (CAD/CAM). V času hitrega razvoja industrije računalništva je tudi področje zobne protetike pridobilo veliko tehnoloških pripomočkov za učinkovitejši delovni proces. Vse tehnološke nadgradnje pa imajo svoje prednosti in slabosti. Namen: Naš namen je z dodajalno tehnologijo izdelati mostovno konstrukcijo in kovinsko bazo za delno protezo ter opisati postopek izdelave. Metode dela: Diplomsko delo temelji na strokovnih člankih in predstavlja pregled testiranj, ki smo jih opravili na delovnem mestu. Izdelek smo naredili v podjetju Interdent, d. o. o., kjer je bilo opisani postopek mogoče izvesti. Rezultati: Z dodajalno tehnologijo smo ustvarili polizdelek mostovne konstrukcije in ogrodja za delno protezo. Prikazana sta natančen postopek izbranega načina izdelave in končni polizdelek, pri katerem smo s tehnologijo CAD/CAM čas izdelave v primerjavi s tradicionalno formativno metodo skrajšali in izdelali kakovosten polizdelek. Razprava in zaključek: Izdelava polizdelka z dodajalno tehnologijo se je izkazala kot časovno manj potratna in kakovostna metoda. Vseeno pa je treba vložiti dosti truda ter poznati stroje in računalnike, ki ta postopek omogočajo.

Secondary title: Process of making intermediate product using selective laser melting
Secondary abstract: Introduction: When creating frameworks for partial dentures or bridge constructions, now we have a greater range of technology choices, such as formative (analog), subtractive (CAD/CAM or analog) and additive (CAD/CAM). In the era of rapid computer industry development, the field of dental prosthetics has also gained numerous technological tools for a more efficient working process. However, each of them has it's own advantages and disadvantages. Objective: Our goal is to create a bridge construction and a metal base for partial denture framework using additive technology and describe the manufacturing process. Work methods: We prepared a thesis based on professional articles and a review of previous tests conducted at the workplace. The prodict was made at Interdent d.o.o., where the described procedure could be preformed. Results: With the help of additive technology, we created a intermediate product of the bridge construction and framework for partial denture. The exact process of the introduced manufacturing process is shown, analog with the presentation of the final intermediate product. Trough the use of CAD/CAM technology, we achieved a shorter production time compared to the traditional formative method and obtained a high-quality intermediate product. Discussion and conclusion: The production of a intermediate product using additive technology has proven to be a less time.consuming and high-quality method. However, it still requires a significant amount of effort and knowledge of the machines and computers that enable this process.
