Abstract

Po pregledu zgodovine razvoja in uporabe lepljenega lesa ter po opisu prvih poskusov vgradnje lepljenih lameliranih nosilcev v različne objekte smo se osredotočili na inženirske konstrukcije iz lepljenega lameliranega lesa podjetja Hoja. Ugotavljali smo namembnost in uporabo lepljenih lameliranih nosilcev. Na osnovi opravljene analize izbranih objektov smo ugotovili, da se najpogosteje uporabljajo prostoležeči nosilci konstantne višine, ki se večinoma vgrajujejo v športne objekte. V sodelovanju s podjetjem Ledinek Engineering smo želeli poiskati možnosti izboljšav v proizvodnem procesu. Napravili smo kontrolo nosilnosti strešnih nosilcev za 2 športna objekta po novih evropskih standardih (SIST EN 1991-1-3:2004) za projektiranje lesenih nosilnih konstrukcij. Menimo, da je uporaba lepljenih lameliranih nosilcev v porastu, saj odlično zadostijo vsem konstrukcijskim, estetskim, cenovnim in okoljevarstvenim zahtevam.

Secondary title: Engineering constructions from glued laminated timber in Slovenia
Secondary abstract: After having reviewed the history of the development and use of laminated timber, and studied the first attempts of installation of glued laminated beams in various buildings, we focused on the engineering design of glued laminated timber of Hoja Company. The application and use of glued laminated beams were researched. Based on the analysis of selected buildings it was found that simply supported beams with constant height, mainly installed in sports buildings, are most frequently used. In cooperation with Ledinek Engineering we wanted to find possibilities for improvement in manufacturing process. The control of bearing of roof beams for 2 sports buildings was made by new European standards (SIST EN 1991-1-3:2004) for the design of timber bearing construction. We believe that the use of glued laminated beams is on the rise as they excellently meet design, aesthetics, price and environmental requirements.
