Upravljanje časa v proizvodnem procesu lesnega podjetja

Abstract

V podjetju, ki izdeluje visoko kakovostno masivno in furnirano pohištvo, želijo ohraniti svojo tradicijo in biti konkurenčni na najzahtevnejših trgih po vsem svetu. Proučevano podjetje v diplomskem delu ne želi biti imenovano, zato so nekateri podatki prilagojeni, navedeni bolj splošno in ne podrobno. V proizvodnem procesu prevladuje individualna proizvodnja njihovih lastnih programov; serijske proizvodnje je zelo malo. Na dobro in konkurenčno poslovanje ima velik vpliv pravilno in gospodarno upravljanje časa v proizvodnem procesu. Ta element je v današnjem času finančne in gospodarske krize ter hitrem razvoju proizvodnih sredstev zelo pomemben in marsikje tudi ključni dejavnik za obstoj in nadaljnji razvoj podjetja. Negospodarno razpolaganje s časom je lahko velik in nenačrtovan strošek. Marsikatero podjetje ne namenja dovolj pozornosti porabi časa v poslovnih procesih, potrebnih za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev. Ugotavljali smo posamezna stanja in dogodke ter njihove vzroke. Kjer smo pri analizi ugotovili odstopanja dejansko porabljenega časa od predvidenega, smo predlagali ustrezne rešitve.

Secondary abstract:	Wood company, producing high quality furniture, wants to preserve its tradition and be competitive in the market of great pretension all over the world. The company does not want to be mentioned at all in this thesis, so we can just mention some of its general goals and data. In their production process, the individual production of their own programmes prevails; there is not much serial production. In the production process, proper and efficient management of time has a great impact on good and competitive business. The management time is nowadays a very important element of success in the market. Time is money, so if they can save time and make good time management; they can reduce costs and be more successful. We tried to find out the way for the company to manage their production time, the deviations from actually needed time to the planned one, and to suggest some good solutions to improve time managing.
