Arboristična ureditev parka Križanke

Abstract

Predmet diplomskega dela je bilo drevje v parku Križanke v Ljubljani, ki se nahaja na zahodni in južni strani zunanjega zidu poletnega gledališča Križanke. V parku je raslo 22 dreves različnih vrst in starostnih obdobij. Skozi park poteka sprehajalna pot, ob poti so postavljene klopi in otroška igrala. Namen naloge je bil narediti arboristično analizo stanja vseh dreves, določiti potrebne ukrepe za njihovo sanacijo in te ukrepe tudi izvesti. Cilj naloge je bil narediti park varnejši ter za celoten postopek uporabiti in obenem tudi predstaviti sodobne arboristične metode. Pri tem sem izhajal iz hipotez, da drevje v parku doslej ni bilo deležno ustrezne nege, da so ukrepi v parku potrebni, saj so bila nekatera drevesa v takratnem stanju nevarna za obiskovalce parka ali so povzročala škodo na bližnji infrastrukturi ter da bodo drevesa po izvedenih ukrepih varnejša.

Secondary abstract:	My undergraduate thesis deals with the trees inside Križanke Park in Ljubljana, which are located on the west and south side of the Križanke summertheater wall. 22 trees of different kind and age grew in the park. A path leads through the park and there are benches and a playground on both sides. The purpose of the thesis was to make an arboricultural analysis of allthe trees, to determine the necessary measures to improve their condition and to carry out these measures. The goal of the assignment was, to make the park safer and at the same time to introduce and implement modern arboricultural methods. I originated from hypotheses which state, that the trees in the park were not being properly taken care of and that necessary steps needed to be taken since some trees were hazardous for the park visitorsor were causing damage to the nearby infrastructure and that after treecare will be done, trees will be much safer.
