Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo ugotavljali stopnjo stresa in zadovoljstva na delovnem mestu v zavodu za prestajanje kazni zapora Ljubljana. Osredotočili smo se tudi na opis kaj je stres, tehnike kako se soočiti s stresom, kakšno je zadovoljstvo z delom in opisali dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in opisali Zavod za prestajanje kazni zapora Ljubljana. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da je glavni razlog za nezadovoljstvo med zaposlenimi preobremenitev. S pomočjo raziskave smo tudi ugotovili, da se zaposleni na delovnem mestu počutijo dobro, ter menijo, da stres na delovnem mestu vpliva na medsebojne odnose. Ugotovili smo tudi, da se zaposleni soočajo s stresom tako, da se pogovorijo z družino, prijatelji, sodelavci. Največ pa jih za soočanje s stresom izvaja športne dejavnosti. Ugotovili smo tudi, da se 23 anketirancev od 50 ne strinja, da so za opravljeno delo primerno nagrajeni. Ugotovili smo tudi, da 17 anketirancev od 50 radi prihajajo na delovno mesto in da se ne strinjajo, da imajo možnost dodatnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja.

Secondary title: Stress and job satisfaction in the Ljubljana prison
Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we studied stress and job satisfaction in the Ljubljana prison. We also focused on describing what stress is, techniques for coping with stress, job satisfaction, we discussed the factors that affect employee satisfaction and described the Ljubljana prison. The results of the survey show that the main reason for dissatisfaction among employees is work overload. The research shows that employees feel good at work, they believe that stress at work affects mutual relations between employees. We also found out that employees cope with stress by talking to family, friends or colleagues. Most of them do sports to reduce work-related stress. We also found that 23 out of ## respondents do not agree that they are adequately rewarded for their work. We also found that 17 out of 50 respondents like their job and that they disagree that they have the possibility of the additional education and training.
