Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je bil preučiti, kako operativni dejavniki vplivajo na uspešnost dela trenerjev v športni organizaciji. Raziskava je bila izvedena v Judo klubu Golovec, pri čemer smo preiskovali vpliv načrtne skrbi nadrejenih za napredek in razvoj, sodelovanja med trenerji v klubu ter tedenskih sestankov tima trenerjev. Metoda raziskave je vključevala spletno anketiranje in statistično analizo, vključno s testiranjem hipotez. Rezultati niso pokazali statistično pomembnih povezav med navedenimi dejavniki in uspešnostjo trenerjev. Za bolj zanesljive ugotovitve bi bilo potrebno razširiti vzorec anketirancev ter preiskati dodatne dejavnike. Kljub temu pa raziskava predstavlja izhodišče za nadaljnje raziskave in bolj podrobno analizo vpliva dejavnikov na uspešnost trenerjev.

Secondary title: The influence of some factors on the performance of judo coaches
Secondary abstract: The aim of the thesis was to examine how operational factors influence the effectiveness of coaches' work in a sports organization. The research was conducted at the Judo club Golovec, investigating the influence of intentional care from superiors for progress and development, collaboration among coaches within the club, and weekly team meetings of coaches. The research method included online surveys and statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing. The results did not show statistically significant correlations between the mentioned factors and coaches' effectiveness. To obtain more reliable findings, it would be necessary to expand the sample of respondents and explore additional factors. Nevertheless, the research provides a foundation for further studies and a more detailed analysis of the impact of factors on coaches' effectiveness.
