Alternative sistemu "just in time" za zagonska podjetja

Abstract

V zadnjih letih so se pojavile velike spremembe pri poslovanju podjetij in s tem tudi pri oskrbovalnih verigah, večinoma zaradi pandemije bolezni covid-19 in kasneje tudi zaradi vojne v Ukrajini. Sistem oskrbovalnih verig »just in time« deluje v stabilnem svetu, ki pa ne obstaja vedno. Zaradi pogoste nestabilnosti smo zato v diplomskem delu poiskali alternative sistemu »just in time« za zagonska podjetja, ki smo jih utemeljili na podlagi pridobljenih teoretičnih znanj. Predstavili smo šest osnovnih modelov oskrbovalnih verig, ki bi lahko delovali kot alternative sistemu »just in time« za zagonska podjetja, nato pa smo iz teh šestih modelov razvili štiri oziroma pet svojih, ki temeljijo predvsem na krožnem modelu in ostalih trendih oskrbovalnih verig ter na lastnostih zagonskih podjetij.

Secondary abstract:	The last few years have caused big changes in the business aspects of companies and with supply chains as well, mostly due to the covid-19 pandemic, and later due to the war in Ukraine. »Just in time« supply chain system works well in a stable environment, which isn't always the case; Because of the instability that happens often, we found alternatives to »just in time« system for start-up companies, which are based mostly on gained theoretical knowledge. In our thesis, we presented 6 basic supply chain models, which could work well as alternatives to »just in time« system for start-up companies, and then we developed our own 4 to 5 models, based on the 6 basic ones. Our models are also based highly upon the circular supply chain model, upon other trends surrounding supply chains and upon the attributes of start-up companies.
