Abstract
V obravnavanem magistrskem delu je predstavljena samodiagnostika pnevmatske delovne postaje, ki temelji na uporabi tlačnih in pretočnih senzorjev za zaznavanje puščanja komprimiranega zraka. Glede na izhodiščni delovni cikel postaje smo ocenili nadaljnje poškodbe in naprave in s tem povezano puščanje, pri čemer smo zaznavali dodatno količino porabljenega komprimiranega zraka, ali s tem povezane padce tlaka v določenem ciklu obratovanja. Realni podatki delovanja in puščanja pnevmatske postaje so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo krmilnika Beckhoff, medtem ko smo naredili vzporedno simulacijo izgub s pomočjo programa Automation Studio.

Secondary abstract: |
Self-diagnostics of a pneumatic workstation based on the use of pressure and flow sensors to detect compressed air leaks are presented in the Master's work in question. Based on the baseline operating cycle of the station, we assessed further damage and equipment and the related leakage, detecting the additional amount of compressed air used, or the related pressure drops in a certain operating cycle. The real operation and leakage data of the pneumatic station was obtained with the help of the Beckhoff controller, while we made a parallel simulation of the losses with the help of the Automation Studio program. |
