Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali kriterije kakovosti spletne trgovine ter kaj je tisto, kar naključnega obiskovalca spletne trgovine spremeni v kupca. Zanimalo nas je, kateri so tisti kriteriji, ki vplivajo na končno odločitev potrošnika, da se odloči za nakup ravno v dotični spletni trgovini. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo preučili literaturo s področja spletne trgovine ter raziskali kriterije, ki so pomembni pri odločitvi za nakup. Opisali smo različne tipe spletnih trgovin ter se osredotočili na prodajo med podjetji ter končnimi uporabniki (angl. Business to customer; v nadaljevanju: B2C). V drugem poglavju diplomskega dela smo izvedli anketo ter intervju s ciljno skupino. Anketa je bila namenjena vsem spletnim nakupovalcem, z njeno pomočjo smo izpostavili najpomembnejše kriterije, ki so pomembi za spletno trgovino ter uspešno izpeljane nakupe. Te odgovore smo skupaj z nakupovalci dotične spletne trgovine pregledali ter preverili, ali ima le-ta spletna trgovina vse kriterije, ki so pomembni za uspešno poslovanje ter zaključene nakupe. Poleg pregleda ter analize anketnega razvrščanja kriterijev smo določili še kriterije, ki so pomembni za nakup v dotični spletni trgovini. Ugotovili smo, da so za uspešno izpeljane nakupe zelo pomembni logistični kriteriji.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we researched the quality criteria of an online store, and what turns a random visitor to an online store into a customer. What are the criteria that influence the consumer's final decision to make a purchase in the online store in question. In the first part of the thesis, we studied the literature in the field of online shopping and researched the criteria that are important when making a purchase decision. We described different types of online stores and focused on sales between companies and end users (B2C Business to customer). In the second chapter of the thesis, we conducted a survey and had an interview with the target group. The survey was intended for all online shoppers. With the help of a survey, we highlighted the most important criteria that are important for an online store and successful purchases. Together with the shoppers of the respective online store, we reviewed these answers and checked whether this online store has all the criteria that are important for successful business and completed purchases. In addition to the review and analysis of the survey ranking of the criteria, we also determined the criteria that are important for purchasing in the respective online store. We found that logistics criteria are very important for successful purchase.
