diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo - Projektno aplikativni program
Abstract
To orodje bomo implementirali v montažni proces.

Protecting throttles against self-loosening |
Secondary abstract: |
Throttles are often used in hydraulic valves as they are an important link in the actuator control. Throttles need to be protected against self-loosening, which was previously done by gluing. The aim of the thesis was to find a more suitable alternative to protect the throttles against self-loosening in order to make the assembly of throttles easier, faster and more repeatable. We designed impact tools, tested the combination of different threads and thread damage and trialled the spot welding of throttles. Using a torque metre, we measured the differences in the unwinding torques from the torques of tightening of alternative methods of protection. We analysed the results, compared them with gluing and came to the conclusion that a tool with a six-angled tip is the best protection method. We will integrate this tool into the assembly process. We also made suggestions for further work and possible improvements. |
