Abstract

To delo podaja osnovne napotke glede postopkov uporabe brezpilotnikov. Vsebuje podatke o veljavni evropski in slovenski zakonodaji na tem področju. Opisuje tudi vpeljavo konkretnega postopka vpeljave uporabe brezpilotnikov v poslovni proces podjetja. Delo je hkrati primer za zakonito uporabo brezpilotnikov. V delu je prepoznano problematično področje uporabe, ki ga delo poskuša rešiti s konkretnim primerom zakonitega pristopa uporabe brezpilotnikov, ki je v delu predstavljena kot raziskovalno delo s praktičnim primerom. Ugotovljeno je, da je zakonita pot uporabe brezpilotnikov možna in jasna, vendar za številna podjetja nesprejemljiva zaradi zahtevnega postopka upravljanja brezpilotnih sistemov.

Secondary abstract: This task provides basic guidance on the procedures for using unmanned aerial vehicles. Contains information on current European and Slovenian legislation in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles use. It contains information on current European and Slovenian legislation in this area. The task is also an example for the legal use of unmanned aerial vehicles. The assignment identifies a problematic area of application, which the assignment tries to solve with a concrete example of a legal approach to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, which is presented in the assignment as a research work with a practical example. It is established that the legal way of using unmanned aerial vehicles is possible and clear, but unacceptable for many companies due to the demanding process of managing unmanned aerial vehicles systems.
