Vodenje zalog in digitalizacija procesa nabave v podjetju Doorson

Abstract

V predloženem magistrskem delu je predstavljen proces digitalizacije v podjetju Doorson s posebnim poudarkom na digitalizaciji v oddelku nabave. V teoretičnem delu so najprej na splošno opisani nabavni procesi v podjetju, ki v splošnem zajemajo ustrezno spremljanje in analiziranje zalog v podjetju in potem metode naročanja za uravnavo teh zalog. V nadaljevanju je teoretično opisan še proces digitalizacije in z njo povezane glavne značilnosti in usmeritve industrije 4.0. Glavni del naloge predstavlja digitalizacija procesa nabave v podjetju Doorson. Najprej je podana analiza trenutnega stanja na tem področju in ocena trenutnih možnosti za uvedbo digitalizacije z uporabo informacijskega sistema Pantheon. Ugotavljeno je bilo, da predstavlja digitalna transformacija velike izzive in priložnosti pri vodenju zalog in nabavnem procesu ter ima velik vpliv na učinkovitost nabavnega procesa v podjetju Doorson. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev so podane tudi nadaljnje smernice za uvajanje digitalizacije nabave v podjetju Doorson.

Secondary abstract:	The master's thesis represents the digitalisation process in factory Doorson with special attention on the digitalisation of the procurement department and supply management. In the theoretical part, the general principles of material stock and procurement processes are described in detail. Furthermore, the theoretical background of the digitalisation process and its connection to the Industry 4.0 is analysed. The main part of the thesis represents the digitalisation of the procurement department and supply management in factory Doorson. First, a critical analysis of the current digitalisation process in factory Doorson is given. Based on this analysis, it was found that digital transformation represents a considerable challenge and opportunity for material stock and procurement processes in factory Doorson. Based on these findings, some guidelines for the further digitalisation steps in factory Doorson are also proposed.
