Abstract

V diplomski nalogi bomo izdelali delujoč grafični uporabniški vmesnik za prikazovanje odločitev in pričakovanih rezultatov o zdravljenju raka ledvic. To nalogo smo dobili v podjetju, v katerem opravljam študentsko delo s prijavo na evropski projekt Katy. Spletni vmesnik omogoča upravljanje uporabnikov in pacientov, vnos podatkov o pacientu in nalaganje datoteke CSV. To datoteko nato stran posreduje na API z umetno inteligenco, ki ga je pripravila druga ekipa, ki sodeluje v projektu. Ko uporabnik naloži datoteko, in zahteva stvaritev terapije, mu vrnemo pričakovane rezultate zdravljenja. Pred izdelavo bomo analizirali ogrodja in se odločili za najbolj primernega. Na koncu bomo spletni vmesnik zapakirali v paket Docker za objavo na strežnik in testirali uporabniško izkušnjo s snemanjem seje.

Secondary title: Development of a web app to monitor kidney cancer treatment
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we will create a working online graphic user interface for displaying decisions and expected results on kidney cancer treatment. We got this task in the company where I work as a student, and the company got this task by applying to the European project Katy. The web interface allows management of users and patients, input of patient data, and uploading of a CSV file. This file is then forwarded to an API with an artificial intelligence, prepared by another team participating in the project. When the user uploads the file and requests the creation of a therapy, we return the expected results of treatments. Before development, we will analyse frameworks and decide on the most suitable one. In the end, we will package the web interface in a Docker package for deployment on a server and test the user experience by recording sessions.
