diplomska naloga
Abstract
Srčno-žilne bolezni veljajo za glavni problem svetovne umrljivosti. Ključna dejavnika, ki pripomoreta k nastanku teh bolezni, sta sedeč način življenja in pomanjkanje telesne aktivnosti. Glavni dejavniki tveganja za nastanek srčno-žilnih bolezni so hipertenzija, sladkorna bolezen, dislipidemija, debelost, kajenje in starost. Aerobna vadba znanstveno dokazano pripomore k preprečevanju nastanka srčno-žilnih bolezni. Vadba namreč pozitivno vpliva na telesno zmogljivost, telesno težo, krvni tlak, raven holesterola in presnovo glukoze. Namen diplomske naloge je pregled literature o vplivu aerobne vadbe na preprečevanje nastanka srčno-žilnih bolezni.
