Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena izdelava krila rotacijske črpalke z metodo vzvratnega inženirstva. Najprej je predstavljen postopek vzvratnega inženirstva in njegova uporaba v različnih industrijah. Predstavljen je tudi postopek 3D tiskanja.
V diplomskem delu je zajet celoten postopek izdelave krila. Predstavljeni so vsi postopki, ki jih uporabimo pri metodi vzvratnega inženirstva. Za izdelavo krila rotacijske črpalke so bili uporabljeni 3D skeniranje, modeliranje s pomočjo CAD programa ter 3D tiskanje v pravem merilu, saj je bil izdelek manjši in ni bilo potrebno izdelovati makete v pomanjšani obliki.

Secondary abstract: |
This thesis presents the design of a rotary pump wing by reverse engineering. Firstly, the reverse engineering process and its application in different industries is presented. The 3D printing process is also presented. Then the application of the rotary pump in the dairy industry or dairy pipeline is presented.
The complete process of manufacturing the wing is covered in the thesis. All the processes used in the reverse engineering method are presented. 3D scanning, modelling using CAD software, and 3D printing to the right scale were used to create the rotary pump wing, as the product was smaller in shape and it was not necessary to create a scale model. |
