Abstract

V zaključnem delu smo raziskovali razlike pri vodenju med moškimi in ženskami. Skozi teorijo smo spoznavali dejstva, ki naj bi opisovala moške in ženske vodje ter predvsem, kako so si različni pri vodenju. Cilji naše raziskave so bili ugotoviti, ali prihaja do razlik pri zasedanju vodilnih položajev in zakaj. Rezultati naše raziskave so pokazali, da do razlik pri zasedanju vodilnih položajev prihaja. Največje razlike med moškimi in ženskami na vodilnih položajih smo zaznali na področju osebnostnih značilnosti. Vseeno pa to ni dovolj velik dejavnik, da bi se zaradi tega drastično spremenil način vodenja oz. pristop do vodenja. Predvsem, si moški, ki so sodelovali v raziskavi, prizadevajo, da se vzpostavi enakopravnost in da bi več žensk zasedalo vodilne položaje - vse dokler imajo za to ustrezne kompetence. Z opravljeno raziskavo smo ugotovili, da rezultati raziskave niso identični teoretičnim spoznanjem, je pa to lahko posledica premajhnega vzorca. Družba se razvija in določene raziskave so bile izvedene pred kar nekaj časa in stanje v družbi se je spremenilo. Je pa vzorec naše raziskave precej majhen in zato ne moremo trditi, da so rezultati najbolj pravilni.

Secondary title: Gender differences - how men lead and how women
Secondary abstract: In our final work, we explored the differences in leadership between men and women. Through the entire theory, we learned about the facts that should describe men and women, and especially how they differ in leadership. The goals of our research were to find out if there is a difference in the occupation of leadership positions and why. The results of the research showed that there is a difference in the occupation of leading positions. The biggest differences between men and women in leadership positions were found in the area of personality characteristics. However, this is not a big enough factor to drastically change the way of management or approach to leadership. Above all, men who participate in research in this way strive to establish this equality and for more women to occupy leadership positions - as long as they have the appropriate competences to do so. Through our research, we found that the results of the research are not identical to the theoretical findings, but this may be the result of a too small sample. Society is developing and certain researches, so they were done quite some time ago, and the situation in society has also changed. However, the sample of our research is quite small and therefore we cannot claim that the results are the most correct.
