Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava protipožarni sistem v Nuklearni elektrarni Krško oziroma bolj specifično električno ter dizelsko protipožarno črpalko. Narejena je analiza dosedanjega obratovanja črpalk ter primerjava z zahtevami tehničnih specifikacij. Sledi raziskava različnih epoksi premazov ter iskanje že znanih izboljšav, da lahko privzamemo neko vrednost pričakovane izboljšave hidravličnih izgub. Po vseh analizah sledi remont črpalke ter uporaba epoksi premaza. Po remontu pa se še opravijo testi, da preverimo, ali smo dosegli pričakovane izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: The thesis addresses the fire protection system in the Krško Nuclear Power Plant, specifically focusing on the electric and diesel fireprotection pump. An analysis of the pumps' previous operations is conducted, comparing them with the technical specifications requirements. Following this, a study of various epoxy coatings is carried out, along with the exploration of known enhancements to estimate potential improvements in hydraulic losses. After all analyses, the pump undergoes maintenance, including the application of epoxy coating. Post-maintenance, tests are performed to determine whether the expected improvements have been achieved.
