Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo ugotovili kompleksnost in raznolikost simptomov ter vzorcev v doživljanju stresa. Analizirani podatki kažejo spodbudne znake, kot je podpora v organizacijah, še vedno pa se izkazujejo potrebe po izboljšanju in prilagoditvi podpornih struktur. Epidemija COVID-19 je dodatno poglobila težave, kar zahteva nadaljnje ukrepanje za zagotavljanje ustrezne podpore zaposlenim.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we identified the complexity and diversity of symptoms and patterns in experiencing stress. Analyzed data, showing encouraging signs such as organizational support, still highlight the need for improvement and adaptation of support structures. The COVID-19 epidemic has further intensified these challenges, necessitating further action to ensure adequate support for employess.
