Abstract
V diplomskem delu je najprej teoretično predstavljeno struženje. Zatem sledi predstavitev eksperimentalnega mesta in tehnološki postopek. Za namene izboljšanja produktivnosti proizvodnje sta predstavljeni dve operaciji, grobo in fino notranje struženje. Za vsako operacijo so izbrana tri primerna rezilna orodja različnih proizvajalcev in priprava na njihovo testiranje. V pomoč so tehnološka okna rezilnih orodij, s katerimi je določeno skupno tehnološko okno za posamezno operacijo. Skupna tehnološka okna sta razdeljena na tri točke. Zasledovan je osnovni cilj produktivnosti, tristo kosov v osmih urah (v eni izmeni), brez menjav orodja. Postavljene so mejne vrednosti, sprejemljive obdelave obdelovanca, pri posamezni operaciji. Pri grobem notranjem struženju je to obremenitev Z-osi, pri finem notranjem struženju pa hrapavost površine. V fazi grobega notranjega struženja je produktivnost dosežena s srednjo točko skupnega tehnološkega okna, maksimalna točka skupnega tehnološkega okna pa ne prinese želene produktivnosti. Pri finem notranjem struženju je želena produktivnost z dvema orodjema dosežena že pri maksimalni točki skupnega tehnološkega okna. Stroškovna analiza pri obeh operacijah prikazuje, da je najcenejše orodje tudi najbolj produktivno. Z opravljenim potrditvenim preizkusom so dobljeni rezultati v fazi testiranja potrjeni.

In diploma thesis, turning is theoretically presented. This is followed by a presentation of the experimental site and technological process. Two operations, rough and fine internal turning, are introduced for the purpose of improving production productivity. Three suitable cutting tools from different manufacturers are selected for each operation and preparation for their testing is carried out. Technological windows of cutting tools, which define a common technological window for an individual operation, are used. The common technological windows are divided into three points. The basic goal of productivity is pursued, three hundred pieces in eight hours (in one shift), without tool changes. Threshold values for acceptable processing of the workpiece are set for each operation. For rough internal turning, this is the Z-axis load, and for fine internal turning, the surface roughness. In the stage of the rough internal turning, productivity is achieved with the middle point of the common technological window, but the maximum point of the common technological window does not bring the desired productivity. In the fine internal turning, the desired productivity with two tools is already achieved at the maximum point of the common technological window. The cost analysis of both operations shows that the cheapest tool is also the most productive. The results obtained in the testing phase are confirmed by the confirmation test. |
