Abstract

Danes je poslovni svet dinamično okolje, ki se nenehno spreminja, saj je odvisno od gospodarskih, tehnoloških in družbenih sprememb. Nabava predstavlja ključen del poslovnih procesov v vsakem podjetju. Gre za proces pridobivanja materialov, izdelkov ali storitev od zunanjih virov. Nabavna funkcija zajema odločitve o tem, kaj kupiti, koliko, kdaj in od kod. Cilj je zagotoviti najboljše pogoje glede cene, kakovosti in dobavnih rokov. V poslovanju na splošno, predvsem pa v nabavi, se neprestano pojavljajo nove prakse in trendi, zato je pomembno, da so podjetja prilagodljiva, da se lahko učinkovito odzovejo na spreminjajoče se pogoje na trgu. Z uporabo tehnologij izboljšamo učinkovitost, zmanjšamo napake ter odzivni čas. Digitalizacija nabavnega procesa omogoča večjo preglednost in sledljivost, boljše upravljanje zalog, sledenje dobavnim rokom in optimizacijo procesov. Zato je pomembno, da podjetja digitalizirajo svoje poslovne procese in izkoristijo prednosti, ki jih nudi. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela. V prvem delu so opisane teoretične osnove in definicije različnih avtorjev o nabavi in pojmih, ki so z njo povezani. Poudarek je na nabavnem procesu in digitalizaciji poslovnih procesov. V drugem delu pa sta predstavljena in primerjana nabavni proces pred digitalizacijo in po njej v podjetju Numip, d. o. o.

Secondary abstract: Today, the business world is a dynamic environment that is constantly changing, as it depends on economic, technological and social changes. Purchasing represents a crucial part of business processes in every company. It involves the process of obtaining materials, products or services from external sources. The purchasing function includes decisions on what to buy, how much, when and from where. The goal is to ensure the best conditions in terms of price, quality and delivery times. In business in general, especially in purchasing, new practices and trends are constantly emerging, so companies need to remain flexible to effectively respond to changing market conditions. By using technologies, we improve efficiency, reduce errors and response times. Therefore, the digitalization of the purchasing process enables greater transparency and traceability, better inventory management, tracking of delivery times and process optimization. That is why companies need to digitize their business processes and take advantage of the benefits it offers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical foundations and definitions of various authors about purchasing and related concepts. The focus is on the purchasing process and the digitalization of business processes. The second part presents and compares the purchasing process before and after digitalization in the company Numip, d. o. o.
