Abstract

Vadbeni protokol je natančno določen načrt, ki se uporablja pri vadbi ali rehabilitaciji. Ta protokol običajno vsebuje natančna navodila o tem, katere vaje izvajati, kako dolgo trajajo, koliko ponovitev ali serij naj se izvede, kako pogosto naj se izvaja vadba in kakšna naj bo intenzivnost. Vadbeni protokoli so oblikovani tako, da dosežejo specifične cilje, kot so izboljšanje moči, vzdržljivosti, gibljivosti ali rehabilitacija po poškodbi. Pomembno je, da se vadbeni protokoli prilagodijo posameznikovim potrebam, sposobnostim in ciljem ter da jih izvajamo pod strokovnim nadzorom, še posebej v primerih rehabilitacije ali zahtevnejših vadbenih programov. V sklopu diplomske naloge sem naredil študijo primera, kar pomeni, da sem za izvedbo vadbenega programa kot tudi meritve uporabil samo enega moškega kandidata. Glede na zastavljene cilje so končne meritve bile uspešne, saj sem uspešno dosegel vse cilje, ki sem si jih zadal pred pripravo 8-tedenskega programa za preoblikovanje telesa.

Secondary abstract: The exercise protocol is a precisely defined plan used in training or rehabilitation. This protocol typically includes detailed instructions on which exercises to perform, how long they should last, how many repetitions or sets to complete, how frequently to perform the exercises, and what the intensity should be. Exercise protocols are designed to achieve specific goals, such as improving strength, endurance, flexibility, or rehabilitation after injury. It is important for exercise protocols to be tailored to individual needs, abilities, and goals and to be performed under professional supervision, especially in the case of rehabilitation or more demanding exercise programs. As part of my thesis, I conducted a case study, which means I used only one male candidate for both implementing the exercise program and conducting measurements. Based on the set goals, the final measurements were successful as I successfully achieved all the objectives I set before preparing the 8 week body transformation program.
