Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo opravili analizo sistema uvajanja novozaposlenih v podjetju AVIAT d.o.o., ki je proizvodno podjetje na področju radiofrekvenčnih povezav. Ker so za delo v podjetju potrebna izredno specifična znanja, je dober sistem uvajanja kritičen in pomemben. Z opravljeno analizo smo preverili, ali je vzpostavljen sistem uvajanja v podjetju uspešen in dobro pripravljen, kaj so njegove prednosti, slabosti, tveganja in kje so priložnosti za izboljšave. V nalogi smo teoretično raziskali področje uvajanja, mentorstva, posledice dobrega oziroma slabega uvajanja in poiskali primere dobrih praks na trgu. Preko prejetih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da je sistem uvajanja v podjetju dobro pripravljen in so novozaposleni z njim v večini zadovoljni. Kot priložnost za izboljšavo vidimo dodatno izobraževanje vodij in zaposlenih o različnih načinih prenosa znanja novozaposlenim ter določanje ciljev, ki bodo bolj specifični, merljivi, dosegljivi, pomembni in časovno omejeni. Kot izziv uvajanja novozaposlenih na delovnem mestu predlagamo dopolnitev dokumenta s splošnimi informacijami o podjetju, s predstavitvijo oddelkov in produktov podjetja.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis we have analyzed the new employee onboarding system in the company AVIAT d.o.o., which is a manufacturing company in the field of radio-frequency links. As the company requires very specific skills, a good onboarding system is critical and important. The analysis was carried out to check whether the onboarding process is successful and well prepared, what are its strengths, weaknesses, risks and where are the opportunities for improvement. In this thesis we theoretically researched the field of onboarding, mentoring, the consequences of good or bad onboarding and looked for examples of good practices in the market. Through the results we found that the onboarding system in the company is well prepared and new employees are mostly satisfied with it. We see as an opportunity for improvement additional training for managers and employees on the different ways of transferring knowledge to new employees and setting objectives that are more specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. As a challenge for onboarding new employees, we suggest supplementing the document with general information about the company, introducing the company's departments and products.
