Abstract
Dobrodelnost se dnevno izraža skozi različne oblike pomoči posameznikov in dobrodelnih organizacij, ki s svojimi akcijami zbirajo sredstva za tiste, ki jih najbolj potrebujejo. Večkrat je mogoče zaslediti obsežne dobrodelne akcije, ki se oglašujejo preko različnih komunikacijskih kanalov, a so informacije o akcijah razpršene in vsaka organizacija jih javnosti predstavlja drugače. Z namenom centraliziranja dobrodelnih akcij v Sloveniji smo v magistrski nalogi po metodologiji Donalda Normana oblikovali uporabniško izkušnjo spletnega portala centraliziranih dobrodelnih akcij v Sloveniji. Z izvedbo vseh korakov metodologije smo izdelali prototip spletnega portala, s katerim bi donatorjem v Sloveniji omogočili enotno vstopno točko iskanja informacij o dobrodelnih akcijah ter jim ponudili možnost donacije, hkrati pa bi dobrodelnim akcijam odprli dodatni kanal predstavljanja svojih akcij javnosti.

Charity is expressed daily through the various forms of support provided by individuals and charity organisations, which raise funds for those most in need. Large-scale charity campaigns are often advertised through different communication channels, but information about the campaigns themselves is scattered, and each organisation presents them differently to the public. To centralise charity campaigns in Slovenia, the master's thesis followed Donald Norman's methodology to design the user experience of a web portal of centralised charity campaigns in Slovenia. Through the implementation of all the steps of the methodology, we prototyped a web portal that would provide donors in Slovenia with a single-entry point to find information about charity campaigns and offer them the opportunity to donate, while opening an additional channel for charity campaigns to present their campaigns to the public. |
