Abstract
Magistrsko delo temelji na poglobljeni raziskavi, ki preučuje učinkovitost procesa delitve znanja v organizaciji, pri čemer posebno pozornost posveča vplivu dejavnikov, kot so kultura organizacije, tehnologija ter vodstveni pristop. Z združitvijo teoretičnih konceptov in praktičnega empiričnega dela smo postavili hipoteze in oblikovali osrednje raziskovalno vprašanje. Teoretični okvir predstavlja celovit vpogled v osnovne vidike znanja, vrste znanja, proces upravljanja z znanjem ter vlogo kulture, tehnologije in vodenja pri delitvi znanja v organizaciji. Empirični del razkriva raziskovalno metodologijo, vključno z vrsto raziskave, uporabljenim merskim instrumentom ter analizo rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika. Pridobljeni rezultati ne le potrjujejo postavljene hipoteze, temveč tudi odgovarjajo na glavno raziskovalno vprašanje. Delo se zaključuje s prepoznavanjem omejitev, predlogi izboljšav ter smernicami za nadaljnje raziskave v tej pomembni domeni organizacijskega delovanja.

The master’s thesis is based on in-depth research that examines the effectiveness of the knowledge sharing process within an organisation, paying particular attention to the impact of factors such as organisational culture, technology, and leadership approach. By combining theoretical concepts and practical empirical work, hypotheses were formulated, and a central research question was defined. The theoretical framework provides a comprehensive insight into the basic aspects of knowledge, types of knowledge, the knowledge management process, and the role of culture, technology and leadership in knowledge sharing within an organisation.
The empirical section reveals the research methodology, including the type of research, the measurement instrument used, and the analysis of the questionnaire results.
