Abstract
Diplomsko delo z naslovom Vloga vzgojiteljice pri uporabi vzgojne metode spodbujanja v predšolskem obdobju je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu so opisani vzgojni stili, opredelitev vzgoje nekoč in danes ter vzgojne metode. Predstavljena je delitev na represivne in permisivne vzgojne metode. Podrobneje je predstavljena permisivna oz. pozitivna vzgojna metoda spodbujanja, ki je razdeljena na pozitivna vzgojna sredstva (spodbuda, pohvala, nagrada in obljuba). Prek pozitivnih vzgojnih sredstev je podrobneje opisana vloga vzgojiteljice pri uporabi metode spodbujanja. Metoda spodbujanja pozitivno vpliva na samozavest otroka in pozitivno deluje na oblikovanje spodbudnega ter toplega okolja v oddelku. Pomembno je, da se vzgojitelji poslužujejo metode spodbujanja, saj so prav pedagoški delavci tisti, ki oblikujejo pozitivno okolje, v katerem se otroci počutijo sprejete.
V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati izvedenih intervjujev z vzgojiteljicami v povezavi z vlogo vzgojiteljice pri uporabi vzgojne metode spodbujanja. Predstavljene so ugotovitve treh zastavljenih raziskovalnih vprašanj, ki zajemajo prednosti in slabosti metode spodbujanja, kot jih vzgojiteljice zaznavajo pri svojem delu, pogostost uporabe omenjene metode ter situacije, v katerih vzgojiteljice posežejo po vzgojni metodi spodbujanja. Predstavljeno je tudi mnenje vzgojiteljic, glede pomembnosti uporabe metode spodbujanja pri vzgojnem delu. Ugotovitve so povezane in podkrepljene s strokovno literaturo iz teoretičnega dela. Glede na pridobljene rezultate lahko sklepamo, da je pri vzgojnem delu zaznati tako prednosti kot slabosti vzgojne metode spodbujanja ter da je vzgojna metoda spodbujanja ena od bolj pogosto uporabljenih metod pri vzgojnem delu v vrtcu.

The diploma thesis The role of the preschool teacher in the use of the pedagogical method of stimulation in preschool consists of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the pedagogical styles, the definition of education of the past and present time and the pedagogical methods. The thesis also describes the permissive or positive pedagogical method of stimulation, that is devided into positive pedagogical means (encouragement, praise, reward and promise). The role of the preschool teacher, using the method of stimulation, is described in detail – through the positive pedagogical means. The stimulation method has a positive effect on child's confidence and also a positive effect on creating an encouraging and warm environment in the kindergarten department. It is important, that preschool teachers use the method of stimulation, because that way they create a positive environment, that makes children feel accepted.
In the practical part of the diploma thesis we presented the results of the concluded interviews with female preschool teachers, in connection with the role of the preschool teacher, who is using the pedagogical method of stimulation. The findings of three reasearch questions are presented – they include the advantages and disadvantages of the method of stimulation that preschool teachers use in their work, the frequency of use of the mentioned method, and the situations in which the teachers use the method of stimulation. We also presented the opinion of preschool teachers regarding the importance of using the stimulation method in pedagogical work. All findings are connected and supported by the literature from the theoretical work. Based on the results, we can conclude that both advantages and disadvantages of the pedagogical method of stimulation can be detected in educational work and that the pedagogical method of stimulation is one of the more frequently used methods in pedagogical work in kindergarten. |
