Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela z naslovom Spoznavanje elementov plesa skozi didaktične igre v predšolskem obdobju je pripraviti plesne dejavnosti v obliki didaktičnih iger in raziskati, ali bodo otroci skozi te dejavnosti spoznali elemente plesa. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen pojem plesa, razvoj plesa po svetu, plesna vzgoja in elementi plesa. Predstavljen je ples v kurikulumu za vrtce in ples v predšolskem obdobju. V empiričnem delu so predstavljene priprave za dejavnosti v vrtcu. Sledijo evalvacije dejavnosti, ki so bile izvedene z otroki v vrtcu. Otroci so bili načrtno spremljani preko opazovalnega protokola. V zaključku so strnjena opažanja in ugotovitve raziskave. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da so otroci skozi didaktične igre uspešno spoznavali in usvajali osnovne elemente plesa. Poudarjen je pomen plesnih didaktičnih iger v vrtcu, ki so neprecenljivo orodje za spodbujanje otrokovega razvoja na vseh področjih.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this bachelor's thesis titled Learning About the Elements of Dance Through Educational Games in Early Childhood Education is to prepare dance activities in form of educational games and to find out if children would learn about the elements of dance through these activities. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part presents the concept of dance, the development of dance around the world, dance education and the elements of dance. It also discusses dance in the kindergarten curriculum and dance in the preschool period. The empirical part presents preparations for activities in the kindergarten. This is followed by evaluations of activities that were conducted with children in kindergarten. The children were systematically monitored through an observation protocol. In the conclusion, observations and findings of the research are summarized. It was established that children successfully learned and acquired the basic elements of dance through educational games. The importance of educational dance games in kindergarten is emphasized, as they are an invaluable tool for promoting children's development in all areas.
