Analiza možnih strategij pomnjenja podatkov elektronskega zdravstvenega zapisa

Abstract

Interoperabilnost v zdravstvu je nujna za boljšo oskrbo pacientov in za lažje delo zdravstvenih delavcev. Zaradi počasnega sprejemanja informacijskih in komunikacijskih tehnologij v organizacijo dela v zdravstvenih ustanovah je oskrba pacientov na nižjem nivoju, kot bi lahko bila. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni ukrepi, ki vodijo k interoperabilnemu bolnišničnemu sistemu. Predstavljena je potrebna infrastruktura za vzpostavitev interoperabilnega sistema in splošno uveljavljeni standardi in šifranti, ki bi se lahko uporabili pri vzpostavitvi interoperabilnega sistema. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene tudi možne strategije pomnjenja podatkov za vzpostavitev interoperabilnega sistema in analiza obstoječega stanja vzorčne ustanove glede na različne strategije pomnjenja podatkov.

Secondary abstract:	Interoperability is essential in healthcare for better patient care and to facilitate the work of health professionals. Due to the slow adoption of information and communication technologies in the organization of work in health care facilities patient care is at a lower level than it could be. This thesis presents the measures that lead to an interoperable hospital system. There is also presented the necessary infrastructure for the establishment of an interoperable system, and generally applicable standards and code lists that could be used in the establishment of an interoperable system. The thesis also presents possible data storage strategies for the establishment of an interoperable system and analysis of the current status in sample health care facility with different strategies to memorize data.
