Abstract

Raziskovali smo temo uvajanje in usposabljanje novo zaposlenih. Predvsem jih uvajajo s predstavitvijo organizacijske kulture, tehničnim usposabljanjem in z delom pod vodstvom izkušenega mentorja.

Secondary abstract: We researched the topic of introduction and training of new employees. We asked ourselves how different companies introduce and train new employees who do not yet have experience in specific work, whether new employees are satisfied with the introduction, and what the relationship of the mentor is with the new employee. We touched on the problem that many new employees come to a new work environment where they do not yet have work experience, where there is essentially a lackof on-the-job training mentors who are key to induction and training. In order to obtain answers to the questions asked, we compiled a survey, which is explained in the continuation of the diploma thesis. Above all, the key new employees are young people who are starting their careers. In particular, new employees are introduced for approximately one to two weeks, depending on the amount and complexity of the work, they are primarily introduced with a presentation of the organizational culture, technical training and working under the guidance of an experienced mentor. New employees are quite satisfied with the induction at the workplace, because they got some benefit, a little additional knowledge, and the mentors have a positive attitude towards new employees by being responsive to new employees, they explain everything to them nicely with a positive approach.
