Abstract
Delež žensk v Sloveniji na vodilnih položajih se z vsakim letom povečuje. Sposobnost, odločnost in prepričanje v zmožnost vodenja so elementi, ki so ključni za vodjo. Ženske organizacijo vodijo na drugačen način, kot jo moški. Razlike so torej občutne, vse pa je odvisno od posameznice, ki je na položaju vodje. Ženske se na poti do vodilnega položaja srečujejo z različnimi ovirami. Nekatere ženske se do vodilnega položaja srečujejo s steklenim stropom in s pomanjkanjem podpore nadrejenih. Ženske, ki imajo družine, težko usklajujejo svoje poklicno in zasebno življenje oziroma osebno življenje. V raziskovalnem delu smo intervjuvali štiri posameznice, ki so na vodilnem položaju. Pridobljene odgovore smo med seboj primerjali in odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Ugotovili smo, s katerimi ovirami se ženske na poti do vodilnega položaja srečujejo in kako se na svojem delovnem mestu počutijo.

Secondary abstract: |
The proportion of women in top management positions in Slovenia is increasing every year. Ability, determination and confidence in one's ability to lead are the key elements of a leader. Women lead organisations in a different way to men. The differences are therefore significant, but it all depends on the individual woman who is in the position of leader. Women face different obstacles on the road to leadership. Some women face a glass ceiling and a lack of support from their superiors. Women with families find it difficult to balance their work and private or personal lives. In the research, we interviewed four individuals who are in a leadership position. The answers were compared with each other and the research questions were answered. Our aim is to find out what obstacles women face on their way to leadership and how they feel about their jobs. |
