Abstract
V zaključni nalogi obravnavamo proces laserskega varjenja bakra in vpliv procesnih plinov, specifično argona. Preko posnetkov varjenja, analize površine in makro sekcij smo ugotavljali, kako argon vpliva na pojav oksidacije, dinamiko varjenja in varilne napake. Na podlagi rezultatov analize smo oblikovali preglednice v odvisnosti moči in hitrosti varjenja ter prostorninskem pretoku procesnega plina. V teh preglednicah smo določili stabilne režime za lasersko varjenje bakra z vlakenskim laserjem.

Effect of argon in copper laser welding |
Secondary abstract: |
In this bachelor thesis we analyse the copper laser welding and the influence of process gases, specifically argon. Through welding images, surface and macro section analysis, we have observed how argon affects the oxidation phenomenon, welding dynamics and welding defects. Based on the results of the analysis, tables were developed in relation to welding power, welding speed and process gas volume flow. In these tables we have determined the stable regimes for copper laser welding with fiber laser. |
