Abstract
V vsakem procesu konstruiranja se je treba držati določenih pravil in smernic, ki pripomorejo h kvalitetni izvedbi tehnične in tehnološke dokumentacije, hitrejšemu delu in izogibanju napakam. Te lahko temeljijo na ustnem dogovoru, še bolje pa je, če so zapisane. Smernice se lahko s časom spreminjajo, zato je pomembno, da so vse spremembe ustrezno zabeležene. Cilj diplomske naloge je določiti smernice za konstruiranje orodij, s katerimi se proizvaja izdelke iz gume. Teh naj bi se držali vsi konstruktorji orodij. Predstavljeni bodo načini proizvodnje gumijastih izdelkov, določene smernice za pripravo tridimenzionalnega modela končnega izdelka iz gume ter priporočila za izdelavo oblikovnih delov orodja. Prikazana bo vgradnja sestavnih delov orodja, vključno s pnevmatičnimi in hidravličnimi komponentami. Najpomembnejši del naloge zajema pripravo smernic za izdelavo konstrukcije orodja in usmeritve za ustrezno izvedbo. V največji meri bodo obravnavana orodja, s katerimi se gumo brizga, vključene bodo tudi alternativne izvedbe orodij, ki so v določenih primerih časovno in cenovno ugodnejše. Vsebina dela vključuje izkušnje konstruktorjev v podjetju ter lastne ugotovitve in predloge kandidata.

Guidelines for rubber injection molding tool modeling |

Every design process requires certain guidelines and rules in order to achieve high-quality technical and technological documentation. These guidelines, which are given verbally or better still recorded in writing, help to work faster and avoid errors. As content can change over time, it is important that these changes are properly recorded. The thesis should establish guidelines for the design of rubber injection moulds. The guidelines should be the basis for all future mould designs and all designers should follow them. Various methods of manufacturing rubber products are identified, guidelines for creating a three-dimensional model of the desired rubber products are established, and recommendations for modelling structural parts are presented. The installation components of the mould are demonstrated, including the pneumatic and hydraulic components. The main part of thesis is to provide guidelines for the production of the mould design and advice on the correct execution of the mould. Rubber injection moulds are discussed as far as possible and alternative mould types are also presented. The content of the thesis will include the experiences of the designers as well as our own findings and suggestions. |
