Abstract

Diplomska naloga se nanaša na merjenje toka dotika na elektronskih napravah. V poštev pride standard IEC 62368 – 1: Avdio/video, informacijska in komunikacijska tehnološka oprema – 1. del: Varnostne zahteve, ki se o podrobnostih meritev sklicuje na standard IEC 60990: Metode merjenja toka dotika in toka zaščitnega vodnika. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je teoretičen opis toka dotika in zakaj se sploh pojavi. Opisani so postopki, po katerih se opravlja preskušanje, ter kaj vse vpliva na veličino izmerjenih vrednosti. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljen postopek merjenja toka dotika na električnem napajalniku. Opisani sta tudi potrebna merilna oprema in njena priprava. Naprava, omenjena v diplomskem delu, presega dovoljene mejne vrednosti meritev, vendar proizvajalec upošteva dodatna navodila v primeru presega teh vrednosti, zato je prestala preskušanje.

Secondary abstract: The thesis focuses on the measurement of touch current on electronic devices. The applicable standard is IEC 62368-1: Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment – Part 1: Safety requirements, which in detail refers to IEC 60990: Methods of measurement of touch current and protective conductor current. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical description of touch current and explains why it occurs. It describes the procedures used for testing and what factors influence the measured values. The practical part of the thesis presents the procedure for measuring touch current on a power supply unit. It also describes the necessary measuring equipment and its preparation. The device mentioned in the thesis exceeds the permissible limit values of the measurements. However, the manufacturer follows additional instructions in case these values are exceeded, so the device passed the testing.
