Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo raziskovali pregled in uvedbo ukrepov za izboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti stanovanjskih hiš, zmanjšanje emisij CO2 ter prehod na energetsko varčne hiše. Najprej smo v teoretičnem delu pojasnili pomembne standarde in smernice, kot je Pravilnik o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah, tehnično smernica za graditev, uporabo programa Knauf Insulation 2023, Zakon o učinkoviti rabi energije ter pomen in uporabo energetske izkaznice za oceno energetske učinkovitosti stavbe. Potem smo naredili analizo podatkov, v tem delu smo predstavili osnovne podatke o obravnavanem stanovanjskem objektu, pregledu trenutnega stanja ogrevalnega sistema in analizo ter interpretacijo obstoječih podatkov o energetski učinkovitosti objekta. Predstavili smo različne ukrepe, ki bi omogočili energetsko sanacijo hiše, kot so predlogi za izboljšanje toplotne izolacije in učinkovitejše ogrevanje, zamenjava stavbnega pohištva in uvedba rekuperatorja. Potem smo naredili še analizo uvedenih ukrepov, ki vsebuje oceno stroškov posameznih ukrepov, analizo investicijskih stroškov in oceno pričakovanih prihrankov. Predstavili smo načrt izvedbe po sanaciji in ga primerjali z začetnim stanjem. V zaključku smo predstavili ključne ugotovitve in rezultate ter podali smernice za nadaljnje ukrepe za večjo energetsko učinkovitost.

In the diploma thesis, we investigated the review and introduction of measures to improve the energy efficiency of residential buildings, reduce CO2 emissions and switch to energy-saving houses. First, in the theoretical part, we explained important standards and guidelines, such as the Regulation on the efficient use of energy in buildings, the technical guideline for construction, the use of the Knauf Insulation 2023 program, the Act on the efficient use of energy, and the meaning and use of the energy certificate for assessing the energy efficiency of the building. We then analyzed the data, and in this part we presented the basic data on the considered residential building, an over-view of the current state of the heating system, and the analysis and interpretation of the existing data on the energy efficiency of the building. We presented various measures that would enable energy renovation of the house, such as proposals for improving thermal insulation and more efficient heating, replacing joinery and introducing a recuperator. We then produced an analysis of the introduced measures, which includes an assessment of the costs of individual measures, an analysis of investment costs and an assessment of expected savings. We presented the implementation plan after the rehabilitation and compared it with the initial situation. In conclusion, we presented key findings and results and provided guidelines for further measures for greater energy efficiency. |
