Zagotavljanje varnosti na gradbiščih s posebnim režimom

Abstract

Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na zagotavljanje varnosti na gradbiščih, še posebej tistih, za katere veljajo posebni režimi. V uvodnem delu naloge smo opisali problem, namen in cilje diplomske naloge. Nadalje smo analizirali uredbo o zagotavljanju varnosti in zdravja pri delu na začasnih in premičnih gradbiščih, pri čemer smo izpostavili bistvene zahteve, ki jih mora upoštevati vsako pred vstopom na gradbišče. Prav tako smo preučili bistvene ukrepe za preprečevanje nezgod. Osrednji del naloge obravnava največje razlike in podobnosti v varnostnih načrtih med splošnimi gradbišči in gradbišči s posebnim režimom. Teoretična izhodišča in predpisi so nadgrajeni s predstavitvijo treh praktičnih primerov, v katerih smo na podlagi lastnih izkušenj opisali posebnosti in zanimivosti, ki smo jih morali upoštevati med gradnjo na specifičnih lokacijah. Glavni cilj naloge je predstaviti zahteve in prilagoditve, potrebne za učinkovito delovanje gradbišč s posebnim režimom.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis focuses on ensuring safety on construction, especially those subject to special regimes. In the introductory part of the thesis, the problem, the aim and the objectives of the thesis are described. We then analysed the regulation on ensuring health and safety at work on temporary and mobile construction sites, highlighting the key requirements that everyone must comply with before entering a construction site. We also examined the essential measures to prevent accidents. The main part of the thesis deals with the major differences and similarities in safety plans between common and special regime construction sites. The theoretical background and the regulations are expanded by the presentation of three practical examples, in which we describe, based on our own experience, the peculiarities and interesting features that we have had to take into account during construction on specific sites. The main objective of the thesis is to present the requirements and adaptations necessary for the efficient operation of construction sites with special regimes.
