Abstract

V diplomski nalogi bom raziskovala platformo Google Ads in njegove možnosti za doseganje poslovnih ciljev. Predstavila bom osnove Google Ads oglaševanja, vključno z delovanjem iskalnega in prikaznega omrežja. Razložila bom možnosti ciljanja oglasov na relevantne ciljne skupine, kot so ključne besede, interesi, lokacija in vedenje uporabnikov. Analizirala bom prednosti uporabe Google Ads za povečanje prepoznavnosti blagovne znamke, pridobivanje več prometa na spletno stran in povečanje prodaje. Google Ads je lahko močno orodje za podjetja vseh velikosti, če se ga uporablja pravilno. Vključila bom tudi primere uporabe Google Ads za različne cilje, kjer bom predstavila praktično uporabo platforme. Na koncu bom predstavila zaključke, ki izhajajo iz mojega raziskovanja. Ugotovila bom, da je Google Ads lahko učinkovito in cenovno ugodno orodje za oglaševanje, če se ga uporablja pravilno. Platforma ponuja veliko možnosti za podjetja, da dosežejo svoje ciljne skupine in izboljšajo svoje poslovne rezultate.

In this thesis, I will explore the various features and functionalities of Google Ads, and demonstrate how it can be used to effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost sales. I will begin by providing an overview of Google Ads, including its history, different ad formats, and the bidding process. I will then discuss the two main networks within Google Ads: the Search Network and the Display Network. Next, I will delve into the targeting options available in Google Ads, which allow advertisers to show their ads to the most relevant users. These targeting options include keywords, demographics, interests, and behaviors. I will also analyze the benefits of using Google Ads, such as increased brand awareness, improved website traffic, and higher sales. I will provide real-world examples of how businesses have used Google Ads to achieve their marketing goals. Additionally, I will discuss some of the challenges of using Google Ads, such as the need to create high-quality ad copy and landing pages, and the importance of tracking and measuring results. Finally, I will conclude by summarizing the key findings of my thesis. I will reiterate that Google Ads can be a powerful and cost-effective tool for businesses of all sizes, when used correctly. However, it is important to have a well-defined marketing strategy and to be able to track and measure results in order to optimize ad campaigns and achieve the desired outcomes.
