Abstract
E-izobraževalne platforme so postale ključno orodje za poslovno uporabo v Sloveniji. Diplomsko delo raziskuje funkcionalnosti teh platform in njihovo učinkovitost pri poslovnem izobraževanju. Glavni cilj naloge je bil identificirati ključne funkcionalnosti e-izobraževalnih platform, oceniti njihovo prisotnost v slovenskem poslovnem prostoru ter možnosti za izboljšave. Raziskava je bila izvedena tako, da smo sprva izvedli študijo obsega, kjer smo pregledali literaturo, da bi določili vse funkcionalnosti tovrstnih platform, nato pa smo glede na ugotovljeno analizirali funkcionalnosti treh glavnih platform: Smart Arena, eCampus in MiTeam. Ugotovili smo, da so ključne funkcionalnosti, kot so upravljanje vsebin, sledenje napredku, ocenjevanje, komunikacija in personalizacija, ključni za uspešno e-izobraževanje. Rezultati kažejo, da slovenska podjetja vključujejo te funkcionalnosti, vendar obstajajo možnosti za izboljšave, zlasti v integraciji z drugimi sistemi in uporabniški izkušnji. Pridobljeni podatki lahko služijo kot osnova za nadaljnje raziskave in razvoj e-izobraževalnih platform v Sloveniji ter pomagajo podjetjem pri izbiri najučinkovitejših rešitev za poslovno izobraževanje.

E-learning platforms have become a crucial tool for business use in Slovenia. This thesis explores the functionalities of these platforms and their effectiveness in business education. The main objective of the thesis was to identify key functionalities of e-learning platforms, assess their presence in the Slovenian business environment, and explore opportunities for improvement. The research was conducted by initially performing a scoping study, where we reviewed the literature to determine the functionalities of such platforms. Based on the findings, we analyzed the functionalities of three main platforms: Smart Arena, eCampus, and MiTeam. We found that key functionalities such as content management, progress tracking, assessment, communication, and personalization are essential for successful e-learning. The results show that Slovenian companies incorporate these functionalities, but there are opportunities for improvement, especially in system integration and user experience. The obtained data can serve as a basis for further research and development of e-learning platforms in Slovenia and help companies choose the most effective solutions for business education. |
