Abstract

Podjetje Numip se sooča z izzivi upravljanja številnih projektov, kar vključuje določanje prioritet med njimi. Cilj tega dela je bil razviti model avtomatske prioritizacije projektov v portfelju, ki bo temeljil na kvantitativnih in kvalitativnih podatkih, kar bo omogočilo bolj učinkovito odločanje in optimizacijo virov. Za razvoj modela smo uporabili podatke pridobljene iz ankete s strani deležnikov. Model je bil zasnovan tako, da upošteva različne dejavnike, kot so finančna vrednost projektov, časovne omejitve, strateški cilji podjetja in finančni dobiček. Razvoj in implementacija tega modela predstavljata temelj, ki bo v prihodnosti lahko nadgrajen glede na potrebe podjetja.

Secondary title: Development of an automated project prioritization model for NUMIP
Secondary abstract: Numip faces challenges in managing numerous projects, which includes prioritizing them. The aim of this work was to develop a model for automatic project prioritization in the portfolio, based on quantitative and qualitative data, to enable more efficient decision-making and resource optimization. To develop the model, we used data obtained from stakeholder surveys. The model was designed to consider various factors, such as the financial value of projects, time constraints, strategic goals of the company, and financial profit. The development and implementation of this model lay the foundation for future upgrades according to the company's needs.
