Abstract

Diplomsko delo prikazuje določanje Al, As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ga, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sn, Sr, Tl in Zn v različnih vzorcih vin iz Dolenjske z uporabo induktivno sklopljene plazme z masno spektrometrijo. Za namene analize vzorcev vin se je izvedel mikrovalovni kislinski razklop. Za vseh 17 težkih kovin smo metodo delno validirali. Določili smo mejo zaznavnosti, mejo določljivosti, linearno koncentracijsko območje, točnost in natančnost. Namen dela je bil določiti koncentracije težkih kovin v belih vinih in rdečih vinih, domačih vinih in vinih, kupljenih v trgovini, ter v različnih letnikih vin (2020–2023). Pridobljene podatke smo primerjali s študijami, ki so postavile mejne koncentracije za vina ter ugotovili, da nekateri vzorci domačih vin presegajo mejne koncentracije za Cd, Pb, Cu in Zn, pri vzorcih vin iz trgovin pa en vzorec vin presega mejno koncentracijo za Cu.

Secondary title: Determination of heavy metals in different wine samples from Lower Carniola
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the determination of Al, As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ga, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sn, Sr, Tl, and Zn in various wine samples from Lower Carniola region using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The wine samples underwent microwave-assisted wet digestion before analysis. The method was partially validated for all 17 heavy metals. The limit of detection, limit of quantification, linear concentration range, accuracy, and precision were determined. The aim of this work was to determine the concentrations of heavy metals in white wines and red wines, domestic wines and store-bought wines, and in different vintages of wines (2020–2023). The obtained data was compared with studies that set the limit concentrations for wines and found that some samples of domestic wines exceeded the limit concentrations for Cd, Pb, Cu, and Zn, while one store-bought wine exceeded the limit concentration for Cu.
