Abstract

Diplomska naloga obsega izvajanje eksperimentalne analize parnega generatorja s področja kuhalnih aparatov. Cilj je izdelava parnega generatorja, ki generira paro in obenem ima ustaljene temperature, ki oscilirajo v določenem območju. Parni generator v kuhinjskih pečicah služi za izboljšan prenos toplote na hrano in delno tudi za vlaženje hrane. Z izvajanjem eksperimentov smo prišli do ugotovitev da pri temperaturi 200 °C in 450 ms trajanju vklopa črpalke imamo paro brez vsebovanja vodnih kapljic. Pri nekaj eksperimentih smo imeli nestabilne temperature ali previsoke temperature. Ugotovili smo tudi na kakšen način lahko reguliramo temperature na ovojih parnega generatorja. Senzor temperature je postavljen na tretji ovoj parnega generatorja, ki se je izkazalo kot najbolj primerno mesto za merjenje temperature in reguliranje programa na osnovi le-te.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis includes the implementation of an experimental analysis of a steam generator in the field of cooking appliances. The goal is to make a steam generator that generates steam and at the same time has stable temperatures that oscillate in a certain range. The steam generator in kitchen ovens is used for improved heat transfer to the food and partially also for moistening the food. By conducting experiments, we came to the conclusion that at a temperature of 200 °C and a duration of 450 ms of turning on the pump, we have steam without containing water droplets. In a few experiments, we had unstable temperatures or temperatures that were too high. We also found out how we can regulate the temperatures on the steam generator casings. The temperature sensor is placed on the third casing of the steam generator, which proved to be the most suitable place for measuring the temperature and regulating the program based on it.
