Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena analiza temperaturne porazdelitve po polici laboratorijskega kontaktnega liofilizatorja. Predstavljeno je teoretsko ozadje procesa liofilizacije. Z osmimi termočleni smo izmerili temperaturo po polici liofilizatorja pri dveh različnih postavitvah in pri treh različnih nastavljenih temperaturah police liofilizatorja. S pomočjo numeričnih simulacij smo v poenostavljenem in zanesljivem modelu sestava komore in polic liofilizatorja dobili rezultate temperature izmerjene na istoležnih točkah, kakor pri eksperimentu. Sledila je obdelava podatkov in primerjava v ujemanju dobljenih rezultatov. V diplomskem delu smo ugotovili, da v določenih primerih prihaja do neuniformnosti porazdelitve temperature po polici liofilizatorja, kar lahko pomembno vpliva na učinkovitost procesa liofilizacije.

Secondary title: Heat transfer in the lyophilizer shelf
Secondary abstract: In the bachelor's thesis, an analysis of the temperature distribution across the shelf of a laboratory contact lyophilizer is presented. The theoretical background of the lyophilization process is contained. Using eight thermocouples, we measured the temperature across the lyophilizer shelf with two different thermocouple arrangements and at three different set temperatures of the lyophilizer shelf. With some numerical simulations, we created simple but reliable model and obtained temperature results at the same points in a simplified model of the lyophilizer chamber and shelves as measured in the experiment. On the basis of data processing and comparison of the obtained results to evaluate their agreement, we made final findings of the thesis. We found, that in certain cases, there is non-uniform distribution od temperature across the shelf of the lyophilizer, which can significantly affect the efficiency of the lyophilization process.
