Abstract

V modernem času se v avtomobilski industriji trend robotizacije veča vsak dan. Zagotavlja bolj konstantno in nemoteno izdelavo, za nadzor je potrebnih le nekaj delavcev. V podjetju BNM funkcijo robotskega varjenja trenutno opravlja varilni robot Cloos, za katerega podjetje želi avtomatizirati čim več izdelkov. Ostalo je le še nekaj izdelkov, ki se varijo ročno. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena avtomatizacija robotskega varjenje za izdelka A 425 610 14 53 in A 425 610 15 53. Opisana je primerjava v času ročnega varjenja in robotskega varjenje, kvaliteti in izgledu varov. Predstavljena je nova konstrukcija za robotsko varjenje in postopek konstruiranja in izdelave nove varilne priprave.

Secondary title: Automation of product welding on a welding robot
Secondary abstract: In modern times trend of robotization rises every day in automotive industry. It insures more consistent and uninterrupted work, only a few workers are needed for controlling. Company BNM is currently equipped with welding robot Closs, for which they stride to automate as many products as possible. In this master´s thesis there is shown how we automated robotic welding for products A 425 610 14 53 and A 425 610 15 53. Described are comparisons between times of hand welding and robotic welding, quality and appearance of welds. In the following is shown new construction for robotic welding and process of constructing and making of new fixture.
