Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen digitalni dvojček linije S12 v podjetju BSH Nazarje. Zaključno delo zajema predstavitev linije in programske opreme Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Prikazano je izdelovanje digitalnega dvojčka in nastavljanje parametrov za pravilno delovanje. Sledi analiza, v kateri smo preizkusili različne scenarije, kot so spreminjanje števila delavcev in parametrov ter postavitev elementov, ki bi lahko pripomogli k optimizaciji proizvodnje linije. Na koncu so predstavljene ugotovitve in izboljšave, načrtovana je tudi paletizacija s pomočjo robotske roke in avtomatiziranega transporta. S pomočjo digitalnega dvojčka smo uspešno dosegli cilj magistrske naloge in izboljšali proizvodni sistem.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the digital twin of the S12 production line, which is located at the BSH Nazarje company. The thesis includes an overview of the production line and the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software. During the project, the creation of the digital twin and the setting of parameters for proper operation are demonstrated. This is followed by an analysis in which various scenarios were tested, such as changing the number of workers, parameters, and the arrangement of elements to optimize the production line. Finally, the findings and improvements are presented, including a plan for palletizing using a robotic arm and automated transport. With the help of the digital twin, we have successfully achieved the goal of the master's thesis and improved the production line S12.
