Abstract

Okvare in daljši izpadi CNC obdelovalnih strojev v industriji predstavljajo velik strošek. Enega izmed glavnih razlogov za daljše izpade strojev predstavljajo vibracije, zato smo se odločili v diplomskem delu prikazati vgradnjo in delovanje sistema za merjenje vibracij stroja proizvajalca Montronix. Tak sistem se uporablja pri avtomatizaciji vzdrževanja in predstavlja prihodnost prediktivnega vzdrževanja. S pomočjo merjenja vibracij na različnih mestih stroja smo prikazali pomembnost merilnega mesta glede na željene rezultate aplikacije ter možnost avtomatizacije vzdrževanja. Z dodatnim primerom smo prikazali uporabnost sistema za merjenje vibracij pri optimiziranju postopka obdelave.

Secondary title: Installation of the Montronix system on a CNC machine
Secondary abstract: Breakdowns and extended downtimes of CNC machines present a major cost in industry. One of the main reasons for longer machine downtimes is vibration. That is why we decided to demonstrate the installation and operation of the machine vibration measurement system manufactured by Montronix in the thesis. Such a system is used in maintenance automation and represents the future of predicative maintenance. With the help of measuring vibrations at different places of the machine, we demonstrated the importance of the measuring place in relation to the desired results of the application and the possibility of automating maintenance. With an additional example, we demonstrated the usefulness of the vibration measurement system in optimizing of the machining process.
