Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen postopek konstruiranja progresivnega orodja v sodelovanju s podjetjem Gorenje Orodjarna d. o. o., saj so progresivna orodja med najbolj pogostimi orodji za masivno proizvodnjo delov predvsem v avtomobilski industriji ter industriji kuhinjskih aparatov. V diplomski nalogi smo na začetku opisali osnove preoblikovanja pločevine ter predstavili progresivno orodje. Nato smo opravili preračune potrebnih sil ter predstavili nekaj najpomembnejših smernic, ki se jih moramo držati pri konstruiranju orodji. Ko smo imeli preračunane sile, ki so ustrezale naši hidravlični stiskalnici in zastavljene smernice preoblikovanja, smo s pomočjo metode izdelave pločevine pričeli konstruirati orodje. Orodje smo konstruirali sistematično tako, da smo orodje razdelili na sklope ter modelirali vsak sklop orodja posebej.

Secondary title: The process of constructing a progressive tool
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents the process of constructing a progressive tool in collaboration with Gorenje Orodjarna d. o. o., as progressive tools are among the most used tools for mass production of parts, especially in the automotive industry and kitchen appliance industry. At the beginning of the thesis, we described the basics of sheet metal forming and introduced the concept of a progressive tool. We then performed calculations of the required forces and outlined some of the most important guidelines that need to be followed when designing tools. Once the forces were calculated, ensuring they matched our hydraulic press, and the guidelines were established, we began designing the tool using the sheet metal forming method. The tool was then systematically designed by dividing it into assemblies and modelling each assembly individually.
