Abstract

Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na raziskovanje trajnostne in digitalne zrelosti javnega zavoda Cene Štupar – Center za izobraževanje Ljubljana (v nadaljevanju Cene Štupar – CILJ). Namen raziskave je oceniti trenutno stanje trajnostnih in digitalnih praks v zavodu ter podati konkretne predloge za izboljšave. V ta namen so bile uporabljene različne metode, vključno z analizo obstoječega stanja, pregledom relevantne literature, primerjavo z dobrimi praksami ter ocenjevanjem zrelosti s pomočjo specifičnih ocenjevalnih orodij. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da zavod že izvaja nekatere trajnostne in digitalne ukrepe, vendar je še vedno prostor za izboljšave. Predlagani so bili ukrepi za razvoj celovite okoljske strategije, krepitev digitalnih veščin med zaposlenimi, povečanje transparentnosti v upravljanju zavoda ter optimizacijo digitalnih rešitev. Priporočila so usmerjena v izboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti, zmanjšanje okoljskega odtisa, izboljšanje digitalnih kompetenc ter povečanje učinkovitosti izobraževalnih in upravnih procesov. Zaključki raziskave poudarjajo pomembnost trajnostne digitalizacije kot ključnega elementa za dosego dolgoročne uspešnosti in družbene odgovornosti v javnem sektorju.

Secondary abstract: The thesis focuses on the research of sustainable and digital maturity of a public institution Ljubljana Public Education Centre - Cene Štupar (‘Cene Štupar – CILJ’). The purpose of the research is to assess the current state of sustainable and digital practices in the institution and to provide concrete suggestions for improvements. With that objective in mind, various methods were used, including the analysis of the status quo, review of relevant literature, comparison with good practices, and the assessment of maturity by using specific assessment tools. The results of the survey show that the institution has already implemented some sustainable and digital measures but there is still room for improvements. Some measures have been proposed to develop a comprehensive environmental strategy, strengthen digital skills among employees, increase transparency in the management of the institution and optimize digital solutions. The recommendations are aimed at improving energy efficiency, reducing the environmental footprint, improving digital competences and increasing the efficiency of educational and administrative processes. The conclusions of the research emphasize the importance of sustainable digitalization as a key element for achieving long-term success and social responsibility in the public sector.
