Abstract

To diplomsko dela je namenjeno izdelavi algoritma vodenja in nadzornega grafičnega vmesnika za industrijski proces čiščenja rešetk usedalne komore, s pomočjo programskega orodja TIA Portal. Program se bo uporabljal za testiranje obratovalnega procesa sistema, ter spremljanje odzivov sistema ob morebitnih napakah oz. menjavi elementov v sistemu. Glavna dela projekta sta izdelava delujočega programa na PLK-ju in izdelava celotnega HMI zaslona z animacijo delovanja sistema. Za programiranje smo uporabili standardne programske bloke, ki omogočajo lažje programiranje. Za vse ponavljajoče se grafične elemente smo ustvarili knjižnice, ki omogočajo hitrejšo izdelavo HMI zaslona in lažjo programiranje animacije grafičnih elementov.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis is aimed at the development of a control algorithm and a control graphic user interface for the industrial process of cleaning the grates of a settling chamber, using the TIA Portal software tool. The software will be used to test the operational process of the system, and to monitor the responses of the system in the event of any errors or replacements of elements in the system. The main parts of the project are the production of a working program on the PLC and the production of a complete HMI screen with animation of the system operation. For the programming, we used standard programming blocks to facilitate programming. For all the repetitive graphic elements we have created libraries that allow a faster HMI display and easier programming of the animation of the graphic elements.
