Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena sinteza organorutenijevih koordinacijskih spojin, v katerih je na kovinski center poleg dvoveznega analoga piritiona, vezan še enovezni ligand trifenilarzin ali pa ligand pta. Najprej sem sintetizirala piritionske ligande, nato pa sem te ligande uporabila za sintezo koordinacijskih spojin. Komplekse sem očistila s kolonsko kromatografijo. Sintetizirane piritione sem karakterizirala z jedrsko magnetno resonanco (NMR), rutenijeve komplekse pa z jedrsko magnetno resonanco (NMR), infrardečo spektroskopijo (IR), UV-Vis spektroskopijo in masno spektroskopijo.

Secondary title: Synthesis of ruthenium coordination compounds with pyrithiones and triphenylarsine
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the synthesis of organoruthenium coordination compounds, in which, in addition to the bidentately bonded pyrthionic analogue, a monodentate ligand triphenylarsine or pta is attached to the metal center. First, pyrithione ligands were synthesized, then these ligands were used to prepare the coordination compounds. The complexes were purified by column chromatography. The synthesized pyrithiones were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and the ruthenium complexes were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR), UV-Vis spectroscopy and mass spectroscopy.
